Shop Data is currently seeking to fill this position:

Software support:

· Provide comprehensives proprietary software support to the customer

· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to resolve technical issues customer service inquiries

· Open, close, and manage customer cases using CRM.

· Ensure that the information regarding customer support requests is provided accurately and efficiently

· Maintain records of all transactions and interactions made with customers with detailed service ticket notes

· Maintain contact with Shop Data’s customers to ensure that their issues are efficiently and sufficiently resolved

· Partner with other internal departments to troubleshoot issues and to communicate with customers effectively

· Handle all communications in a professional manner

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience

· Must be friendly, patient, and service-oriented even when under pressure

· Strong people skills and the ability to quickly diagnose problems and develop solutions with a positive attitude

· Able to work and think quickly under pressure

· Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new tools and Shop Data’s proprietary software

· CAD/CAM experience

· CNC programming language exposure

· Metal fabrication industry exposure.


Associates degree and/or relevant work experience

High School equivalent

· Full Time; Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

· Office based or Home based
