Shipping Policies and Delivery

USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate SHIPPING:

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day
as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing
time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on
Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the
following Monday. If you have any questions about the lead time on your
template order, please contact us at https://shopdata.com with your questions.

All template orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail® & USPS Tracking®,
followed with an email to be automatically sent to the recipient, including label
number for tracking the shipment and the selected ship date.

You should receive this email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed
it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you
can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the
order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment
notification and your USPS Priority Mail® tracking information.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages:

USPS will attempt to deliver a package 3 times, after a failed third attempt, the
package will be re-routed back to our location and a refund will be issued to the
original form of payment minus the flat rate shipping ($10) and the item will be
returned to stock. If you would still like to receive the templates, you will need
to reorder the item again, including ten dollars ($10) for flat rate shipping.
If the event that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address
entered by fault of the customer, and the independent couriers multiple failed
attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Shop Data
Systems Inc. is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by an
independent courier. Similarly, Shop Data Systems is not responsible for the
payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these,
the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned
packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Shop Data Systems, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost
during shipping or after delivery.

TRACKING:

Once an order has shipped from our location, please directly contact your USPS
with any inquiries about the status of your package and please include your
tracking number.
